This includes Transformational Breathwork, Meditative Breathwork, 9D Breathwork or Trauma Breathwork. You can choose based on you needs and each One-On-One session will be between 2 to 2.5 hours long and include an introduction and expectation opener, the 1 hour breathwork session and Q&A and Space Holding at the end to ensure you get exactly what you need. The Normal Price for this type of session is $240 or more based on the info we discuss and training we go through.
