All services are non refundable as these services are not a tangible product. 

Please be sure when booking/scheduling with us that you will be available for your scheduled appointment. 

Changes can be made to an appointment time up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment by reaching out to us via phone - 319-333-3330 or by messaging us on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/billybreathwork

However once you are within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, no changes can be made and the appointment will be considered a billed/unchangeable service.

Group sessions can only be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days notice and should you be an individual who is scheduled with a group session, the appointment can not be cancelled unless the group session itself has been. 

***All sessions may be recorded either by audio or by Audio & Video unless otherwise agreed prior to the session 

(Please notify us prior to your session if there is any reason we need to not record the session)

*** Any and all images retained during a session, in person or online may be used by and in conjunction with the marketing and or advertising of BillyBreathwork and its partners or for any other reason deemed suitable by said party/parties.
